George and Melinda worked with Native Americans with Wesleyan Native American Ministries from 1986 to 2008. During that time they filled many different roles. WNAM went through a major restructuring in May 2008 so George and Melinda continue to work with Native Americans in other capacities.
After Lakota Christian Academy, a part of WNAM, closed, George sensed a call to start Living Hope Academy, to help meet some of the same needs that LCA was meeting.. It is exciting to the family so see how God is leading and providing in this ministry.
Melinda helps in the various capacities. They have two children in this world, Wesley and Bethany, and one in heaven, Anthony
As foster parents, they may have several other children in their home at any time. At this time, they have 4 siblings, age 3 1/2 to 7 months old.
